"Amazingly well!  First, we had been looking unsuccessfully for someone to do the brick work for about 2 years.  But each person we contacted either didn't show up or their price was not reasonable.
He came out and gave us an estimate.  He not only looked at what we knew needed to be fixed but also identified other areas like caulking at the bottom of window sills and some other brick areas needing attention.  His price was reasonable and he could get it done before the upcoming cold weather would arrive.  We agreed to have him do it because of the reviews on Angie's List.
He came back and completed the work on the same day.  He even fixed our yard lamp post which was leaning!  He cleaned up and my wife was happy with the results (I was out of town).
It was truly refreshing to have someone do exactly what they said they would do (plus a little extra!) for a reasonable price.
If we ever have any masonry needs in the future we will definitely be contacting him.

"The entire process went smoothly... this company was very responsive even after being paid in full. (There was a very small leak when it rained hard, which can happen after new shingles are installed. They came out the next morning after I notified them, immediately found the likely source, and took care of it. No problems since.) "I built our 20 foot long bridges in 1989. They've been pressure washed and coated with AMTECO stain every 3 to 5 years. Garrity has done this work the last two times. Each time they gave much more attention to detail than I was used to receiving. They even carefully fixed the splinters that have appeared over the years. They sanded the small ones off and bonded the large ones. No one would guess these wooden bridges are over 30 years old! The house painting was also done well. I was pleased by Mr. Garrity's willingness to go beyond just painting and tackle unusual problems such as carpenter bee nests and replacement of rotted wood."
