"I rated a 4 on price only because I didn't shop around with other companies. The central AC needed to be replaced and it was more of an emergency situation. All other categories were a 5. They came very quickly and replaced the system in about 4 hours."

"This company is well versed in many types of heating and air conditioning systems and has been maintaining and servicing my businessâ s heating and air conditioning systems as well as my systems in my home for a number of years. The owner is very knowledgeable and happy to explain whatever repairs and or maintenance is needed. His pricing is more than fair - this is not a business man who is looking to gouge his clients as so many service people seems to want to do. Additionally, this company does not keep people waiting for days when they have an emergency! I can highly recommend!"

"Excellent and efficient service, on time for appointment, repaired our Generac generator with OEM parts. I've always believed, if you can't explain it simply...you don't understand it well enough. This guy knows his stuff. The technician explained all repairs while making recommendations for future care and preventative maintenance. We understood and felt confident in our maintenance/repair decisions. One stop shop for generator, electrical and heating repair and including oil and propane products. We will be using them going forward for their services. Highly recommended!"

"Would hire again and recommend their services to anyone. I thought I had a simple water heater leak. But my problem was a bit more extensive. Maitz both walked me through it (step by step) and quoted several repair options/services to me. The gentleman even went back and saved me over $400.00 on the originally quoted service.
