"Great company with top notch installer"

"Val came on a Saturday evening within two hours and replaced my thermostat! His fee was far less than anyone else, and others couldn’t make it until days later. The temps are in the 90’s and I need my AC! I am so pleased at the quality of his work and his friendly professional demeanor!"

"The service tech(Chris) was very courteous and knowledgeable. I told him before he came that the fan was running intermittently. He said he would be out in the morning with the motor in case that was the problem. Turns out the fan was fine and it was a solenoid that was bad. He could have replaced the fan and the solenoid and made more money for himself and the company. He just replaced the bad solenoid. He fixed my AC in less than half a day during a heat wave and saved me money! If anybody asked if I know good and honest HVAC place I will recommend "Generations"."

"The project was to install a zone system for my upper and lower floor, I have a large house and cooling and heating it was always a problem, the second floor was always to hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The AC and furnace was working none stop and the result was crazy electric bill. I called 2 other AC technicians before Climate Construction to get estimates, after talking to both of them I felt that I am getting ripped off. one told me that I need to change the AC and furnace unit to get results and the other said the I need to replace bunch of duct work or the zoning will not work. Than I called Climate Construction , Roman came in and quoted me with a very very reasonable price, the AC didn't had to be changed and nor the furnace, I was surprisingly amazed! The job was completed FAST and guess what, everything worked like a CHARM! I set the schedule of the thermostat for the lower floor during the day and upper floor during the night! The result are UNBELIVABLE! GET YOUR SELF A ZONING SYSTEM!! and be carful not to get ripped off!"
