"After getting estimates from several other companies to solve a problem with our chimney falling away from our house and getting suggestion on everything from jacking the chimney up to a complete reconstruction of the chimney, we called QPS. The office staff was very friendly and sent Rob out to look at our situation. He arrived on time and provided us with several options. We opted to remove the chimney completely and have the siding repaired since we haven't used the fireplace in 30 years. The crew arrived as scheduled Friday and got right to work. In a day and a half the chimney was gone, the siding replaced (they managed to find white aluminum siding to match our 50 year old siding!) and the mess was cleaned up and they were packed up and gone. "This crew was so friendly, and so professional. "Graham" was the name of the sweep that arrived here. They ran a camera all the way up the inside of my chimney, and found a hole where someone apparently had vented something else into it in the past. Smoke, sparks and heat could have got into my attic if they had not found this. They might have saved us from a very bad situation! They also installed a cap to keep animals out, filled in a small hole in our fireplace wall, and put our damper plate back on track."

"It went pretty well. The forecast on the original date of service called for rain, and I called to see if it would still take place, about an hour/hour and a half prior to the scheduled time. I called the number I had and they said they would call if they were going to need to cancel, then reschedule. After the guy arrived for the job, a little bit into the job in he determined he couldn't do the job that day due to the forecast/what the sky was looking like. We were able to reschedule for a few days later with no issue (between me and the technician). There wasn't any extra cost to reschedule the job."

"Frontpoint is very easy to use... it's one of the only DIY services out there. You can install all the sensors yourself (they are all wireless). You stick them where they need to go with very clear instructions, and if you do need help Frontpoint support is excellent. You always get someone on the phone, and they are always happy to walk you through any issues you're having. I've had issues a few different times with dead batteries in a sensor, or misplacement of a sensor causing issues, and in all cases they've resolved the issues quickly over the phone. Because of this, I can manage the system myself (and that's pretty much installation upfront, updating equipment every few years/as needed, and support very rarely). We've yet to have a breakin or anything like that, but we've had several false alarms where my wife accidentally set the alarm off... and in those cases, Frontpoint calls you immediately, asks you for a password, and then asks if you need assistance. Of course we don't, but if they can't reach you... which has also happened... they call the next person on the list (my wife). If they can't reach that person, the cops are already on their way while Frontpoint works down the list of family members, neighbors, etc. to let them know there is an incident at the house and the cops are on their way. This has happened a couple times (due to user error). But it's good to know they have our backs if there is ever a real issue. A+ for Frontpoint."

Sent multiple estimates but no receipt until I contacted the office. Bill was thirty dollars motored than estimate. No break down of expenses on receipt."
