The staff member in the office was going to speak to the owner to see if they were willing to install the under mounts, since they normally do not. But since I was a previous customer, the owner might reconsider. They never got back to me. I contacted Angie's List again and they set me up with someone different. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"It went great, Tyler noted that I was handicapped and made sure that my new toilet was ADA approved. I felt it was a nice detail that many would have overlooked. Tyler paid great attention to detail, my bathroom was as clean after the new toilet was installed as it was before and even having to drag the old one through the house my hard wood floors never got a drop of water on them. "This was among the best experiences I have had with any third-party contractor, period. We did an expensive central A/C replacement. Seashore Comfort was knowledgeable, responsive, professional and technically proficient. We needed a 20-year old A/C unit replaced. I called four area HVAC specialists and almost didn't call Seashore because they had relatively few online reviews (although the ones they did have were positive). Turns out the company was started relatively recently by a veteran tech and his wife, who worked locally for a couple of decades. Every aspect of this project was impressive - from the front-office communication to the quoting process to the technical description of what are options were to the quality and craftsmanship of the install. Furthermore, I _almost_ went with a different quote from the local "giant" and that would have been a huge mistake. It took quite a bit of technical research and education on my part but what that company was proposing would not have been the best choice of solution for our application. That would have been a costly, long-term mistake. So, in short, this is a scrappy young company with the all the benefit of experience of a much older company. Proceed without reservation."
