"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"I called Ca-Tech on a Saturday morning to check my water heater, and I was impressed that they were able to come later that morning. Albert arrived when he said he would and was very personable and very professional. He gave me a quote for a repair and also to replace my water heater. I choose to replace the water heater. When Albert returned later that week, he came on time and was very professional with the way he did the work. I liked that he kept me informed. I will definitely call Cal-Tech Pluming again."
