We were very pleased that Tony, the water heater installer, was scheduled to come the next day! Tony was punctual, thorough and answered all the questions I had. He explained everything that was done and made suggestions for other improvements we might want to have done. Everyone was very professional and very honest from beginning to end. BTW. This was 10pm at night. His quick response was a plus for me. I had one other respond but he over extended himself to my need. He came at 7amd and said....you need a new water heater. I can got get one and install it now. I was a bit reluctant and he said call me when your ready and left. My wife said his prices looked fair and he seemed like a good plumber.
