The installing technician, Linas, and the tech that was assisting him only continued this professional trend. They both were equally as courteous. Once the work was complete, Linas made sure he answered all of our questions and that we felt comfortable with the operation of our new furnace and humidifier before he left. His patience was very much appreciated. He also made sure the area were the work was done was clean and all trash removed. Will Gutierrez followed up with us a few days afterwards to make sure all was well, and that we were pleased with the work and our new purchase. Our answer was a definite, yes."

"Home Comfort Systems was professional, honest and fairly priced. Steve Bilica (owner) came out to give me an estimate on a new furnace. He made me feel comfortable, which is important to me as a single woman. His estimate was the lowest of three I obtained ($4150) and he was so honest, he advised that my current unit didn’t need replacing yet. (The only reason I was getting estimates was because some other cut-throat company told me I needed a new one...for $11k!!...due to a cracked heat exchanger. However, all the other companies I contacted for estimates said I did NOT have a cracked heat exchanger.) I decided not to get a new furnace in the end. It’s been running great, although I did need a new blower motor about five months after the estimate, so Jeff D installed it for me ($385). Way cheaper than a whole new unit, so I’m happy. I’ll definitely go with this company again for repairs and when it’s time for a new furnace."

They’re pretty good and if they are going to run late, they call and tell you immediately so you are not wondering. They are honest and the pricing is good. They won’t try to sell you any unnecessary repairs."

I had All Temp come out and they were able to do a quick fix so I didn't have to struggle with it anymore. He was on time, pleasant. "I bought a new (old) house in Brookfield and the air conditioner unit promptly failed. I got bids from three contractors I found via Angie's List. Not only did Jim at Vent give me the most competitive bid, he was hands down the most responsive to questions and phone calls, gave the most thorough inspection, and ended almost every conversation with a very sincere, "let me know if there's anything more I can do to win your business." On install day, his guys were early and ready to work. Jim showed up shortly after to supervise. My wife was there that day and he explained everything they were doing and why. He had budgeted 2-4 hours to do the job, but the previous install had been done so poorly that there was a lot of stuff they needed to fix so the new air conditioner was installed to their satisfaction, so they were there for more than 6 hours and didn't ask for a dime more than their quote. I couldn't recommend these guys more highly."
