A couple of weeks prior, they were able to take a look at my old furnace right away despite having tons of calls due to the first cold snap of the year. The furnace install only took about three hours and was smooth as can be. The installer took great care in making sure floors were protected when hauling equipment in and out of the house. He also made sure to repair some ductwork that extended off the furnace. My suggestion is to make sure you call Home Comfort Systems if you need service or replacement of your furnace and/or air conditioning."

Not only did Jim at Vent give me the most competitive bid, he was hands down the most responsive to questions and phone calls, gave the most thorough inspection, and ended almost every conversation with a very sincere, "let me know if there's anything more I can do to win your business." On install day, his guys were early and ready to work. Jim showed up shortly after to supervise. My wife was there that day and he explained everything they were doing and why. "Furnace went out in middle of the night. Primary reason I called TR Miller was pricing - over the summer a friend of mine had mentioned that she and another neighbor had their A/C and/or furnace replaced and that TR Miller's pricing was better than others.
I called TR Miller at 8am and had technician here by 11.  Larry was friendly and professional. He said I needed  a new ignitor and I asked him to clean the furnace as well - he appeared to do a very thorough job of cleaning the furnace.  He never tried to push buying a new furnace despite the age of my current one. In my experience with previous companies it seems they ALWAYS try to push you into buying a new furnace even if  your problem is a minor one, so I appreciated not having to deal with the sales pitch for a replacement furnace.   Larry even answered my questions and concerns about my humidifier.  TR Miller will be the first and only company I call next time!
