"My wife and I purchased a fixer-upper home that ended up requiring more work than we initially anticipated. We ended up taking bids from numerous contractors for various projects required to be done before moving my family into the home. Initially, I hired James to demo the original tile flooring to prep for new flooring, which was scheduled to be installed by a large flooring company. I was very impressed with Jamess professionalism and apparent, sincere dedication in ensuring his work was completed right the first time. I decided to contract James to do more work to our home. Ultimately, James ended up demoing bathrooms, replacing upstairs sub floors, structural framing work, removing every interior door (down to studs) and installing new doors, and installed new bathroom vanities/showers. We have a closet in the home that had an oddly shaped door that I was unable to find at any big box store or other door supply stores. James custom made a door for the closet, which matched all of the other doors in the house! I was so impressed with James quality of work, timeliness, and work ethic, II decided to have him complete the new flooring installation. I contacted the large flooring company and cancelled my installation with them. James installed our new vinyl flooring throughout the house, which included stairs. James also installed new 5 baseboards throughout the entire house (approx 3000 square feet). I give James my highest recommendation for anyone looking for a knowledgeable contractor whose priority is to do the work right and ensure his clients are 100% satisfied. We have received countless compliments from family and friends who have visited our home. People are shocked in our homes transformation, especially in such a short time, which all credit deservingly goes to James with Brodie Development, Inc"

"Our recent home remodel was pretty extensive. I knew I wanted to change some things, improve some things, and fix some problems with our house, but I didn't have any idea how to get there. From my initial meetings with Tony, I could tell that he was comfortable with the scope of the project, and that I would be able to work with him through all the challenges that I figured would come with a project of this size. Now that we've finished our project, I can say I'm glad we went with OM Construction. The price was fair, the guys were onsite 6 days a week from start to finish, and the quality of work was very good. During the project, Tony always had a positive attitude, and worked to help us solve a lot of problems with our old house ranging from framing, insulation, electrical, plumbing, doors, and windows. His guys did a good amount of finish work too, including stucco repair, laminate flooring installation, molding installation, drywall/skim coating, and interior and exterior painting. Marcos, Carlos, Josue and Elias were all very respectful while in our house and took extra effort to clean up well at the end of every day. Overall I think the project turned out great, and I'll definitely call Tony the next time I have a project I can't handle on my own."

"The process was fine, I.e., ordering was easy & they were shipped before the date they originally specified. These pads were fine for my kitchen table, which has a rustic, uneven surface. If I was ordering pads for a fine dining table (I.e., an antique or high end table), I would use another company. I've seen higher quality pads for those types of tables. For my purposes & what I paid, it was a good fit, though."

"I would like to describe my experience with Best Builders Group in one word *** "Wow"! I wanted to expand my house by adding a 400 sq./ft that will expand the kitchen and the dining room area. As part of the meetings that we had, Zohar did a layout and 3D design model based on what I wanted before I even asked for the price or signed the contract. "There are always businesses that stand out from the rest, and that describes Foothill Painting very well. After seeing their excellent work on a neighbor's home, as well as other positive reviews on Angie's List we contacted them for a complete repainting of our house, including a detached three car garage and some interior walls and trim. From the very first meeting with Kevin, one of the co-owners, we knew we were in good hands. All their crew members are regular employees, not sub-contractors. One painter told us that he has been with Foothill for eleven years. The estimate was detailed and professional. They not only painted... They also did quite a bit of stucco and window glazing repair. The prep work was meticulous. What we appreciated the most was their attitude that they would do whatever it took to make sure we were satisfied. Too bad so many businesses don't understand the value of that! Also, they were very careful when moving things out of the way and the cleanup was great. We're sure that there are some other painters who would have submitted a lower bid but, as always, you really do get what you pay for. We feel that we chose the best, and they didn't break our bank."

Ran listened to our ideas for the kitchen and came up with a great design that is functional and looks so pleasing. He was super patient as we made small tweaks to the design until it was just as we wanted it. When it came time to install, Ran and his crew did an above and beyond job working with our uneven floors and ceiling. Working on the smallest details to get them just right, and all with a smile! The price is great especially for the high quality of cabinets and service. We went with custom paint colors and they did such a great job.
