When he came back 3 days later (to fit our schedule), he removed the toilet and looked in the lines, only to find a root/vines. But instead of jumping to the conclusion of a broken line, he investigated further to find the pipes weren't broken at all. After a quick clean out and installing the new toilet, he was done. "The technician, David Martinez, called me to ask if he could come earlier due to a prior appointment cancellation. I have had other Furnace technicians check out my furnace. But, David was the only technician who actually cleaned the Flame Sensor, as he had to pull out other larger components to do so. He was also the only technician to check the C02 exhaust pipe outside the house to ensure there was no blockage. Although young, he seemed well-trained, professional, and meticulous. I asked him several questions, which he answered to my satisfaction. He also gave me some tips."
