After we contacted one of the owners, we were send to a warehouse the next day to choose what granite we want to install, and then were told that they will install within a week. They actually finished it even faster than a week! They took old tops off, cleaned after themselves, put new ones in, double checked everything and then educated us on what can be used as cleaning agent, and how to clean. We met with both owners and always had a clear understanding of all options and the whole process. The process of installation took only half a day! "I was super impressed with my experience with Miguel and his team at MA Outdoor Services. It seems impossible in today's market to find consistently reliable people, especially in construction. Miguel exceeded my expectations. He has a very hard working team that were on site all day, 6 days a week, weather permitting. It's always good to find someone who is passionate about the work they do, and this became transparent early in the project. The work is also of high quality with much attention to detail. I'm also blown away by the responsiveness. I texted Miguel around Christmas weekend to ask about a change during his vacation. He called me within seconds to hash out the details. The old retaining wall was taken down and replaced very quickly. The new patio looks amazing and I am super happy with the custom fireplace. "Originally I looked for contractors that could install the pavers, do the landscaping, build a covered porch, and install some low and high voltage lighting. In the end, I chose to split the contract up and give Legacy Landscaping the pavers, the plants, and the low voltage lighting. I did this because of price and because Legacy is a Belgard certified installer. They did an amazing job with the pavers. They were tolerant of several changes to the shrubs. Their craftsmen did a great job matching the look of our front porch columns. They had great suggestions for how to position the plants and the accent lighting."

It was 3 days later when he received my inquiry about getting an estimate. Once he had the message from me, he promptly replied; came by a couple days later, prepared and estimate that was most reasonable. Showed up on time on the date we agreed upon; got the repairs made quickly and they looked great. In short, disregard my previous review. Jay Durst is an excellent Huntersville resource - especially for outdoor entertainment areas and hardscapes."
