"The team which HMS sent was outstanding. The movers were incredibly polite and conscientious of the integrity of my belongings. The members of the team kept me informed at all times of what they were doing and ensured that everything they placed was exactly where I wanted it. In addition the team worked at a pace I can hardly comprehend. They were fast and thorough moving a house full of items in the time it would have taken me to go to work that day and they didn't break a single thing!! Lastly they were a great bargain for what I paid. James was upfront with me that his hourly rate is a little more than other moving companies but that his rate was inclusive and I would not be charged more than the VERY reasonable good faith estimate I was quoted. When it came time to make payment there were NO additional charges and I only paid what I was prepared to. While I don't plan on moving again anytime soon I will definitely use their services again if the need arises."

"To start off, when calling customer service, they were very nice and welcoming. I spoke to a man named Joey. He did not pressure me to sign with them immediately. They welcomed me to shop around if I felt like it, but their price was competitive and lowest out of the 5 companies called. I asked for earliest ability to get my couches moved and they came the next day first thing in the morning. The guys who came in were very courteous, nice and placed my couches exactly where I needed them. No damage happened to my door, walls or tile.
