We had a Kohler faucet that was several years old and begin to malfunction. I contacted Jim to replaced the Kohler provided valve and replace our garbage disposal. To no fault of Jim's the valve did not work and the pressure from the sink was very low. There was an issue with the supply line that was inadvertently compromised. Normally, I'd order the part and fix it myself, but that would have taken days to acquire.
