"We had our gas furnace/air handler replaced. The salesman did not pressure us at all to upgrade the AC condenser until it was needed. The office staff was receptive and helped us schedule a time that worked for us. ON install day the technician showed up on time and was VERY personable, polie, and professional. Our original wiring was not "wrong" but somewhat out of the ordinary. Our technican called supervisor out to give a second check and was here in minutes. This is an advantage of hiring a truly local company with local people doing the work. The job was done way faster than we expected and the work area was put back cleaner than found. One notable item is the technician both seemed genuinely happy and happy with the work they were doing and the company they work for. I would very highly recommend Paso heating and air to anyone who needs work. Thank you!!"

"This was our first experience using Wighton’s and it won’t be the last. Aaron was very professional and very nice to work with. Our air conditioner stopped working and he was able to fix it and did some maintenance work on the unit also. He also pointed out that we needed to replace the air filter which services our hvac system, which we were grateful that he did because we had never had it changed out with a new one and it was long overdue. We signed up for their maintenance program so that our ac/heating will be inspected and maintained on a regular basis. We are very happy with his work and highly recommend Wighton’s!"

"We needed a contractor to help us through an extensive remodel of our home, including: Installing an EVSE unit to charge our car; complete renewal & relocation our HVAC system; replumbing gas/water lines & installation of tankless water heater; and all aspects of a major kitchen remodel (removing walls, framing new walls, raising a dropped ceiling, lights, flooring, etc.). Jim's response time from my original call was excellent. He is very easy to work with, communicates well and is very customer-oriented.
 
The amount he charged me for the work done and considering the time spent traveling to my house, doing the work and answering my questions and giving me advice was very reasonable.

"Phenomenally. Robert & his team installed new flooring, painted several bedrooms, installed ceramic tiling in my bathroom, a walk in shower, and bathtub. Also installed hardwood floor in kitchen & bedrooms. I’m beyond happy with the outcome of the work. If you’re needing work done around your home, definitely give him a call. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
