"Excellent service! We scheduled Plumbing Plus to replace the hot and cold cartridge's in a sink faucet and a tub pop-up drain and overflow gasket. Jared N. quickly assessed the problems. The faucet was so corroded with water deposits that it could not be dismantled to simply replace the hot and cold cartridge's. So Jared replaced the entire faucet with a high quality replacement. After the tub pop-up drain was replaced, Jared checked for leaks by looking in a 'trap door' in the ceiling below the tub that was left after the tub was replaced in an earlier remodel. Jared discovered that the entire tub drain was leaking and need to be replaced, which he did. He also corrected a problem with the drain pipe left from the previous remodel. "We had a hot spot on the floor and a high gas bill last month leading us to suspect a slab leak. We called several plumbing services and Personal Plumbing was able to come out the next day with their own slab leak tech. The techs were on time and took about three hours to find the leak and reroute and place pipe to repair. They were able to avoid more holes in the drywall by placing the pipe on the exterior garage side, extending us savings. They also showed great integrity by letting us know that any repair would also have to replace factory pressure valve that was no longer working (putting pressure on our system). We will definitely keep them in mind for any other plumbing work we need done!"

"Gus at Pro Bright went above and beyond on a Sunday to detect and repair our master bedroom ceiling leak. With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on. "First, I called Vista Plumbing for an estimate. Ray, the plumber, listened to our concerns and explained what he could do to help with the rattling problem with the pipes and the hot/cold situation in the shower.  He gave me a number for the part needed (under warranty) and asked me to call when the part was received.  Next, when the part was delivered, a time was arranged and Vista Plumbing was here within the week.  In one day the water pipes were clamped and the shower faucet was replaced.  Now, everything concerning the water pipes are good. <br /> <br /> I was happy with the service, the knowledge, the expertise, the punctuality, and the kindness.  In the beginning, he spent a lot of time listening to our concerns and answering our questions.  In the end, I received a clean, professional job.  I would recommend Vista Plumbing to my friends and family. <br /> <br /> I also would like to mention the woman who answers the telephone and makes the appointments.  She was wonderful and helpful, very upbeat.  It was a pleasant experience talking with her."

"We had the horrible experience of our main sewer, backing up into our home. At the recommendation of our daughter we called Point Loma Electric And Plumbing. They sent out right away, who put a camera down our sewer line and discovered there were roots in the line. The plumber gave us several choices from doing a cleaning with hydro-jetting to get the roots out to replacing or lining the damaged portion of the sewer line. We opted to just do the Hydro jetting for now and will consider replacing the sewer in the future. One of the good things is that they said that when we decide to replace the sewer in the future , they will apply the cost of what we paid for the hydro jetting to the bigger repair. Everyone we spoke to was very helpful. We will be calling them back in the future."

"When I first talked to Al he walked me through some items to see if I could do the repair myself. Once we figured out the level of the repair needed he immediately came over the next morning. By noon that day he had replaced my water heater, brought it up to code and charged a very fair amount. He also removed lines and capped them that were no longer in use that was not related to the water heater replacement. Al is old school and I very much appreciated his honesty as well as trying to work through the problem. Two other companies, they remain anonymous but both are on TV, came out and didn't look at the water repair heater to repair but just gave me an extremely high cost to replace.
