"The process was very smooth from beginning to end. I received a phone call response to my submission via Angie's list. I set up the appointment on the phone, but then received both email and text notifications confirming things and update messages as the appointment time was coming up. On the day of the appointment, I received an email with the name and photo of the technician. I also received a phone call with an approximate arrival time, which was spot on. The technician was friendly, professional and efficient. Payment at the time of the service was easy and I received emails shortly afterwards with the details of the work, payment confirmation, etc. The overall service was exactly how I expect most things like this to happen, but often does not. I felt like it was a great blend of traditional customer service with modern technology. I will definitely call Service One for any future work I need that they perform."

"Sorry to be so late with this review. Just as we were preparing to leave town in mid-July, 2018 our air conditioner stopped working . We called Matthew Roberts. One man came out and worked for quite a while, he called someone else they both tried several fixes, but nothing worked. We had an idea of how much a whole new AC would cost so when they gave us a quote we were ready to decide. They came out and installed the entire Trane system, inside and out, in one day so it was working when we left town. Very professional, neat, friendly and took old system away. Since then we've had a couple of issues: a snake got in the electronics of the outside unit, shut it down and a couple of other service calls were handled extremely quickly and most with no charge because unit was under warranty. Michael was often the repairman and we were extremely pleased with his work and service."

"I would recommend Ken to anyone. His knowledge was impressive & made feel comfortable with the work he was about to perform. Both service men were very professional & efficient."

"We bought a home that unfortunately had 2 units over 20 years old. We received a letter and coupon from Service Star for annual maintenance (addressed to previous owner). We had not been having any issues with our AC but thought maintenance was pretty important, especially with summer coming. Louis came out on Tuesday, April 28th and did a thorough inspection of our units. He was very friendly, engaging and we felt confident and convinced that he was quite knowledgeable in this field. Turns out there were big issues with our unit including the huge mold issue, coil issue, fire hazard issues, etc. (yikes!). Our units were working pretty hard and getting pretty hot and there was zero efficiency going on. Basically, the life of our units had come to an end. We opted to replace the units and he gave us a pretty good deal which included upgrading the digital thermostats (pretty awesome!). My husband is a vet so there was a nice discount I appreciated how he explained everything to us and outlined what replacing the units entailed. We were pleasantly surprised that they had the units available and could start the work that day! There was a two-person crew that came in around 3:30 and was completely done and cleaned up by 10:30 pm. No small project. They were professional, competent and worked diligently to completion. We were quite impressed and what a big difference in the quality of air! We can say enough good things about Service Star, we definitely recommend them for all HVAC needs. GREAT job Service Star. Triple-A rating!!"

"I recently went on Yelp to write a good review for this guy and his company so I'm pretty much copying and pasting. Trust me, I'm happy to do it for this guy because he saved me a bunch of money and I'm so satisfied with his work.
Had a new 3.5 tons system installed at my house 3 years ago. Yesterday it stopped working. I could hear it trying to kick in so I shut it off. Called the original company (ABCool) and they came out to service it. I was told it was the blower motor in the handler inside the garage. He said don't worry about it you're under warranty for 10 years and he took the blower unit out in like 8 minutes.
He knocks on my door and said he called his office and there was a service charge...$560 to install the new one. I was like...and quot;WHAT?!and quot; There is no way I was going to pay ABCool A/C and Heat that kind of money for something so simple....and with a free part no less.
I called a company I found on Craigslist. No, I'm not crazy. Well, I guess it was risky. I did check to see if he was licensed on the SUNBIZ website. He is. Anyway, today Csaba came out (the Owner of Air 1) picked up my old motor and went up to Goodman Dist and got the replacement. Came back to my house and installed it in about 35 minutes...oh, and checked my pressure and refrigerant at the compressor outside. Cost? Less than $160. Needless, to say, the house is cool and I'm really, really happy. Nice guy too, respectful.

"Our family highly recommends Certified Climate Control. We just call any time of the day or night any day of the year. A member of their very nice staff, including Jody, Jennifer, Kelley, Krystal, or Lindsey, is always there to answer the call and arrange to promptly provide the required service. They arrange for one of their highly trained professionals, like Josh, to provide excellent service. If new equipment is required, Mike will patiently provide detailed information about the different energy efficient systems they offer at very competitive prices with the best warranties in the business. The equipment will be installed by an expert, like Kevin, who will take his time to make sure everything is done correctly. He will then go over all operating instructions to make sure the customer understands every aspect of the system’s operation. Then, on a regular basis, we call and request Josh to do a service tune-up. Their technicians, like Josh, do an extensive inspection and testing of the entire system to keep it operating at peak performance which can provide big savings on electric bills and the most comfortable interior environment possible. We wish all businesses were operated with this high level of integrity. We give everyone at CCC the highest scores possible in all categories. Steve, Judy & Lindsey O."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"Exceptionally good, starting with the first technician who came to repair the old unit. Corey was very professional during the repair and took his time to show me what options I had since the unit was over 20 years and the it was on it's last run. I decided to replace the unit and the crew (Brandon and Trip) show up on time and they were extremely courteous and professional during the installation. They worked extremely hard during very hot weather and were able to finish the whole project and cleanup before 4:00 PM, very impressive. I highly recommend ABC A/C for any of your cooling or heating needs."

"excellent service and will hire them again and done professionally"
