"Plumber came thee hours late and quoted me $775.00 to replace a hose bib. I told him that sounded high, he told me hose bibs are $275.00 alone, the rest is labor. I looked up the price of a hose bib, mmmm....yeah it’s only $10.00. I canceled the job and the plumber cane to my house the next day and harassed me,..he wanted to know why I canceled the job. I’m home alone with three kids getting bullied by a plumber at Roto-Rooter. Several hours their sister restoration company called me and said the state was concerned with my flooding and mold from my recent need of a hose bib. Our basement didn’t flood and this company tried to represent themselves as the state! I did get the job done by a certified plumber from ACE, total cost $275.00. So...Roto-Rooter upbid by $500.00 and harassed me. Don’t be this companies next mark, they are crooks!"

They also relocated my current water softener to its proper spot (the last company had installed it wrong), set up my Aquasana filtration system with UV light and installed new valves under my sinks. They handled everything from start to finish: purchasing all the materials themselves (including the water heater, pex pipe, fittings, wood, screws, and more), completing the install of the new one, they even hauled away the old one and made sure everything was working perfectly before even mentioning payment. "I hired them to install a heater in my garage, including running electrical. They had to cut drywall. They didn?t clean up an of the floor prior to leaving, having left dust and debri on the floor. I wanted them to also install/replace some switches and outlets in my home, which I not had time to do. I decided, based on the job they did in the garage, that I would not have them do the other work I requested. I am hoping they actually did the electrical correctly, as my heater has now tripped the breaker since the install. I would probably not use them in the future for other services if needed. "
