"Brian came across as very professional and was able to say whether he could or could not do a specific job.  He removed our old hot water heater and dishwasher and installed the new ones very quickly and professionally, leaving behind zero mess.  (a huge plus for anyone who has dealt with contractors!)  During the installation of the water heater, a cheap, existing tap valve supplying the water to our upstairs fridge malfunctioned and Brian returned the next day with a new tap valve in hand.  It has now been several weeks, and there are no leaks nor problems with either the dishwasher nor the hot water heater!  Two huge home improvements done in one afternoon.  Overall, we were very satisfied with the work and are always happy to support the small business owner!

"

The windows are perfectly installed and though most were picture windows, the 3 that open operate very smoothly. One thing I would have done differently is to visit the showroom and look at all the options.  We just had the salesman come out with a sample window but it was hard to visualize the window on a full grand scale. I probably would have gone with the taupe color vs white if I had seen it full size.

We have had lots of rain and snow this winter and no leaks at all.  Very good quality product and installation.

"I used an Angie's List Big Deal coupon for this and it included a full interior design package. We were just focused on the paint color but they also gave us recommendations for lights, furniture, fabric, curtains and things like that, too. I thought the service was good; we ended up using the paint color and bought some more curtains and fabrics for the rooms so we were happy."

"I was very impressed with Brandon and his quick response to my inquiry. He was very helpful and offered suggestions for my repair. We unfortunately did not need his services, we chose to replace the item rather than repair it, but just in talking with him I would hire him."
