He was punctual, professional, and took care of everything we asked plus fixed some other things out of his own good will that we couldn’t see from below like broken gutter hangers etc. Lindall was very meticulous about his work and it clearly shows in the cleanliness of the gutters, the screen installations, and how he left everything when done. Based on the fact that he warrants his work, and in my case offered to match the warranty on the gutter screen materials that I provided (10 yrs!), I’m very confident in the quality of his work. On top of just doing a good job, his price was good and he gave a significant discount for finding him on Angie’s list. To top it all off, when I had to drop his check off at the fire station due to missing him the day he finished up, he gave my boys a full tour of all their trucks, fire fighting equipment, and the station!! He was always on time, and was really good about working with me on where to install grab bars for the shower, where to install the vanity, etc. We would defintely use Community Builders again. Also, Daniel worked with the project to video tape the process and condense it into a short video. He is also a dedicated worker and exhibits a very pleasant personality."

"We just consulted them again to do some more work on our house. We are still waiting for their proposal on the bathroom remodeling. We just told them what we wanted done and they are going to get a proposal up and send it to us and then we will go from there. We got their company name after the tornado came through from a neighbor because they had done a really good job so we used them once to do a lot of our repairs. I have told people that needed work done that they do a really good job and that they come back to check on everything. We have had some bad experiences getting our house repaired after the tornado and as soon as we called them, they came out and wrote everything out. They gave us how much it was going to cost and they worked with our insurance company. They kept in touch with us the whole time. If we needed them, all we had to do was pick up the phone and call and they would call us right back. And after all the work was completed, the owners of the company came out and made sure that everything was just right and we appreciated that a lot. They had to do quite a bit of work around the house. We have had some companies to compare their price to. We had several people come out to give us quotes on different things and they could do it all. It was not like we had to hire somebody to do one thing and this and this and this. They did all of it. We would definitely continue to use them and recommend them to others."

"My experience was not that great.  He brought someone else with him so he only did 3 hours of work.  I thought he was going to buy the products before our appointment and he actually did it during the appointment so it took up some of the hours I had allotted.  He went to a store that was far away and it took longer than expected. He also took some breaks and smoked in my garage. The work he did was very good and I had no issues with that part."
