He later called me an hour in advance of arriving for the service call as Lou had committed to do. Kelroy and his helper went on to diagnose and repair the furnace issue in timely manner. I appreciate, he was making efforts to repair the furnace on this first service visit rather than replace unneeded parts or require an additional (more costly) follow up service visit."
