He was so knowledgeable and personable. I really felt comfortable with his level of expertise. Mike & Patrick showed up each day ready to work. Mike was very communicative; letting me know when he arrived and left each day and summarizing their progress. My cat was not stressed out by their presence, which was comforting as well. The ladies in the office were so friendly and professional.The design was refined to a Bryant Heat Pump for the main level with an Ecobee Thermostat and a Bryant Mini-split in the basement. This meant that I did not lose any closet space for vents and each system is well suited for their purpose. I would definitely recommend Onofreo! They are a great company you can trust for your next project at an amazing price."
