"Jeremy and his team did two jobs for us. HVAC for upstairs and later HVAC for downstairs. His pricing was very competitive to the other quotes we received. The upstairs system kept us at temp through the winter, but starts losing the set temp in the summer. He completed a warranty service which did not resolve the issue. The downstairs unit is two splits in two large rooms. We don?t need them to cool in the summer. In the winter one room is good, the other is incapable of getting to temp if it?s less than 40 outside. From 40 to 55 it requires going on full blast to barely reach 70 inside. I?m a bit shocked at how much electricity these two heats pumps consume in the winter, adding up to $800/month. He specced the system for both floors himself. The downstairs unit was contracted for smart controls, which has not been completed. I am overly patient. Many emails, texts, and calls. Latest job ?completed? in Nov 2024. I don?t believe Jeremy will finish or provide proper warranty support. "

"I hired this company to Indy my air conditioner , it was represented by Tom . Hi seemed very nice and intelligent person , so I trusted him . If I only can imagine what they would do to my house I would never let this people close to my house . I am very disappointed and shocked about coming to my home and finding the disturbing mess and unprofessional work done. I have witnessed a few things in the previous days but have not said anything. What I came home to yesterday was disgusting and caused damage to my personal property. Oil was thrown into my shower, dirt all over my rugs in the basement, door broken, my towels beyond filthy with the mess your workers did. Oil dumped all over my shower and me getting dizzy from the smell and almost fainted. I do not need to write anymore as the evidence with pictures explains everything. This is the first time I have experienced such terrible customer service. "I am retired 73 yrs old Senior Citizen who recently moved to North Branford from Fairfield County where I sold my place. The job , Duct cleaning ,was provided by the Technician from Call the Bee Sergio Zaldivar who used the tricks to deceive the elderly customer and take advantage that we are new to the area .He has charged me $2,600 for the simple 3hrs work , i/o 5hrs, did not finish the work he promised to do and totally disappeared... I was trying to resolve the issues directly with the companies, including the Total Mechanical System, but they were not responsive either. He used our plug-ins for power instead of using their own equipment from the truck. There was no job description on the invoice related to our particular home, and no before and after pictures were attached. I have sent the very detailed complaint via email to both companies about such unprofessional, deceptive and unfair services , especially toward elderly person, and asked them to resolve the issue and refund "
