Opach's HVAC crew was very professional and as soon as they arrived they started working immediately. These guys are no nonsense and they appear to be experts at what they do. I really appreciate the fact that throughout the install they asked if we had questions. They also thoroughly inspected my entire unit. They replaced both the outdoor and indoor unit components. Opach's A/C also installed a new wireless thermostat. This thermostat allows us to check the temperature of the home when we are away and to adjust it while away as well. It also checks the weather. Opach's A/C & Heating staff and crew were very professional, and their services were competitively priced and they did a great job. I've had my unit for several days now and it's still working wonderfully. I will definately use Opach's A/C & Heating again."

"Very professional and diligent. They cleaned the dryer vent and replaced the pipe. Now, my dryer is running better than when it was new. While they were in my home, I mentioned I was having a problem with my stove hood fan rattling which was not a part of the original deal with the dryer vent cleaning. They spent a lengthy period of time removing some of the kitchen cabinetry to get to the fan itself which had originally been installed incorrectly when the kitchen was remodeled by another contractor. They persevered, even though it was time-consuming, and now my stove over-hood fan works beautifully. I could not be happier! I live in a small, gated community. The homeowners are always seeking professionals to do various tasks. We stay in touch with each other as to who is a good hire and who not to hire. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"My central air conditioner unit is about 16 years old now and with all this extremely hot weather just seemed to be working harder and harder but still wasn't cooling quite right. Finally it reached a point that in was running continuously with little cooling. I called SRS and they responded Immediately. Within a couple of hours, Stacy had run some tests and had opened the unit in the attic. He showed me the coils were iced up and after the ice was removed he showed me where the coils had deteriorated and was leaking. It took a day to get the part needed and early the next morning they had the part installed and the unit running again. Additionally they checked the condensate drian lines and cleared them out and put in a drain pan that had never been installed properly. This is a very professionally run organization. Theywere quick and very clean and neat. I couldn't be happier. I feel that for all they did the price was more than fair. I can recommend them without hesitation."
