We went ahead to have a barrier installed and fans and all that. January weather isn't good for any service industry. After he installed everything I went down to take a look and the quality of work was not what I expected. So I asked him to mitigate it. The reading on the meter was correct but it showed that the work he did wasn't helping. After that we had a weekly monitoring and then the readings weren't improving fast enough. So it went into February and then March and in April we've had continuous visits. Every time he came back he made some adjustments and we saw a little bit of improvement but it's still not quite where it should be. So it was not what I expected. I'm just about to call it quits."
