"Perfect. Best concrete work I've ever seen. The 12' x 12' pad for the shed was absolutely level in all directions after it dried. The driveway is now 2 years old and not a crack or any other problem with it. Matt also repaired a broken support pier under our house, and did other foundation work after the 2011 earthquake. Great guy to work with, and an awesome crew of concrete finishers."

"We moved into a new home last year that had a hand-made front walkway/patio from the previous owner. The old walkway had big pieces of slate stone laid into concrete for a mosaic effect, but the stone pieces were coming up and the walkway itself was unlevel, crumbling and a trip hazard. <br /> Josh from M&F Concrete came all the way out to our remote home location and gave me a great quote. He definitely knew what he was talking about and brought up points that other contractors who gave me estimates hadn't even considered. He didn't try to pressure me by upselling into something I didn't want and his price was far better than other quotes I had received. Even better, he was able to squeeze us in to his busy schedule within two weeks! <br /> The final product was beautiful and really made the front of our house look 100% better. I would definitely hire M&F again and will when we are ready to build our backyard patio! <br />"

"Had Ricky on several jobs including a bathroom remodel after a water disaster. Ricky and his crew does it all. I don't care what it is. Installed a toilet, drywall work on my rental property, put in a nice Lifeproof laminate plank flooring in the kitchen, including punch out work like painting. Extended my concrete pad in the back of my row house. Good work all around, highly recommend."

"I had water damage which resulted in large sections of drywall and insulation being removed. The guys from Maxc Impressions installed new insulation, replaced drywall, skimmed over the “orange peel” ceiling treatment to make it totally smooth, replaced door and floor molding, and painted the room. The drywall work was some of the best I’ve seem as was the painting. They were always on time and cleaned up every day. The workers were compliant with COVID safety measures, kept me informed of work progress and plans and were respectful of my privacy. Their quote for the work was very reasonable and their work was top notch. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to family and friends."

"Before hiring LevelLift, I contacted a friend of mine who owns a Structural Engineering firm, but only work commercial not residential.  So after receiving at least (5) estimates, we agreed that LevelLift was the company to hire.    <br /> Met with Paul Mauer of Levelift Systems, he was very nice, patient and professional along with his team.  Received a proposal for the work noted below: <br /> The work in the basement  included but not limited too grout beneath concrete, excavate & installed timber walls, <br /> raise window well & installed standard home-improvement store grade cover, raise grade, furnished & installed discharge pipes for down spouts, installed seven steel beams, new interior drainage, repaired damaged mortar joints, installed 12" high cast-in-place concrete curb between steel beams and they took care of all the Montgomery County permits and inspections.  In addition, mobilization, site preparation and  furnished & installed discharge pipe for sump pump. <br /> In addition, Paul recommended a very good Structural Engineer to take care of the structural drawings. <br /> The contract payment terms were broken down into four payments with the option of using major credit cards and we have a ten (10) year warranty. <br /> Paul and his team were very responsive, punctual, and professional and the quality of the work was excellent.  We have not had any problems in the basement since 2013.  They are highly recommended. FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Olney, MD

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
