They offered to take the old unit to give to Habitat for Humanity for an upcoming project (this sink was still in good shape) which was great. However, new faucet does the same thing as the old one - the hose catches on the turn off valves under the sink - I asked about moving the turn off valves to a lower position on the pipes to avoid this - they weren't very enthusiastic about doing this-used duct tape on valves to keep hose from catching"

"Secondly, I was seeking estimates to replace my aging Amana 90% natural
gas furnace in my primary residence. It is located in a Michigan
basement so it has numerous environmental factors that are corroding the
unit. I fear it may not make it into the winter of 2013. He explained
the models and  the representative was thorough and told me about
current Government-allowed-tax-deductions for installing newer and more
energy efficient units.( I bought my original furnace from them in
January of 1993.) He wrote me up a bid promptly. Unfortunately, the job
would well-exceed my budget for the time-being. They were at my 
property before for the  furnace and have ALWAYS a great job!  I wish I

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
