Superior did all the work I needed plus replaced the dryer hose on one unit (which we had not discussed). Additionally, I had purchased a vent cap but it did not fit. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He was very thorough and thoughtful, even took extra time to explain everything to a novice like me. He got the heat back on in a few hours after rerouting wires and Installing things for extra safety. He even came by once again the next morning to help me diagnose one other plumbing issue.
