"It went well. We will use his services again, if necessary."

"I had taken the day off from work to accommodate the chimney sweep’s schedule. Which I was happy to do. However, I received a call at the time of the appointment indicating that the chimney sweep’s truck was broken down and there was no other service person in the area to service us. I’m a reasonable person and understand mechanical issues can happen. However, it was disappointing that I was given earlier notice. We rescheduled and the second service call was on time with a courtesy call ahead of time. There were three people who came to the house. One who appeared to be the team leader, was very courteous and seemed to be doing all the work. The other two were busy on their phones in the truck and only appeared to help after the lead service person corralled them to do their jobs. Both arrived at the door begrudgingly and looked very annoyed that they had to do anything at all. Again, the lead person did most of the work, did all the talking, cleaned up after himself, showed me the work he had performed and completed all the paperwork. So all in all they did the service requested. It’s just too bad the two helpers weren’t nearly as dedicated or congenial as the lead person. I share these details as a business owner myself and knowing the challenges of staffing and (right or wrong) how they are perceived by customers."

"Great service and I highly recommend to anyone."

"Matt Biondich jumped on the project, performed a number of disparate repairs very pragmatically at a reasonable price. He was excellent, I would use him again and recommend him to others."

"They did a good job cleaning the air du t"

"Brian has installed and repaired at least a dozen HVAC systems and condensers in both my investment and personal properties. Always shows up when he says he will and gets the job done. Always a pleasure to deal with. He knows what he’s doing which is tough to come by"

"Great electrician, very helpful. Definitely call again when service needed."

"Hired veteran refrigeration for an emergency repair, The owner David showed up within the hour and was very knowledgeable and professional. Best mobile business around a complete 10/10."

"Jim came right away to evaluate the problem and we discussed the issue I was having. Others who had looked at the system said it would cost thousands to replace the new system installed a little over 3 years ago. He was very honest and made some fixes to get the system pushing out cold air. We are hoping the fix takes care of the problem permanently. I would definitely call Jim Burke again for any issues within his expertise."
