"Jacob did an awesome job from start to finish. He arrived on time, was very courteous and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to get the condenser going again for us. In addition, he answered all my questions and even went further to conduct a full review of all the parts of the system. He provided me with great details regarding my ac system, proving his knowledge and expertise. He had some great suggestions on how to improve the system, but he didn't do a hard sell or try any funny business, which I always appreciate from service providers. Our AC is back on and working great, and we owe it Jacob and the folks at Magnolia Air Conditioning. We will definitely be using this company again for our heating and cooling systems needs.

"SOUTHLAND HEATING AND AIR IS UNIQUE AS FAR AS I KNOW IN THAT AFTER A SERVICE CALL THEY SEND A "FEEDBACK EMAIL" IN WHICH YOU ARE ABLE TO GRADE THE SERVICE YOU JUST RECEIVED. THE FIRST "CHECK UP" BY ANOTHER EMPLOYEE DIDN'T GO SO WELL...BUT THANKS TO THE FEEDBACK EMAIL...JUSTIN READ IT AND RESPONDED TO MY CONCERNS QUICKLY. HE TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM WITH SPEED AND FAIRNESS. FIVE STARS!!!"

"My name is Leslie Rothenberg. Tony installed a Bradford White water heater on 6/4/18 (invoice #97307). The price was reasonable, the installation was done at the time promised (actually a bit earlier) in a very professional manner, Tony couldn't have been nicer and more helpful, and our old water heater was hauled away. I used an Angie's List coupon to get a 5% (maximum $50) discount."

"RKM has provided excellent service and advice. There recommendations on equipment has provided us with a cool home through this record setting summer heat AND we have experienced a 50% reduction in our monthly energy expenses as a result of the new much more efficient HVAC system."

"It was excellent. Chris Shay was excellent. He fully explained, was courteous and polite. He could see and understood why I had a previous bad experience with the install and cleaned up the mess that wasn't his that had previously left behind plus fixed other issues. He shared the pictures with his manager who also agreed that it was negative experience. He found that my account had fallen in the cracks and rectified the service that had been neglected. It was above and beyond my expectations. I look forward to him coming again to check up on the unit in 6 months. He also suggested and then installed an air cleaner which should help me with my health issues. All was accomplished today instead of being scheduled at a later date. I was very happy with him as he provided excellent service."
