"Great! He arrived on time, with the right amount of crew, tools and positive attitude! He was very experienced with Ikea cabinets and knew when we had purchased the wrong items. "During coldest week, pipe burst in the back wall of my house. Mr. Palumbo raced to my house, turned off main water supply (from under manhole cover in sidewalk), replaced frozen/burst pipes, tore up damaged floor to allow for drying, met with the insurance adjustor, replaced back wall of vinyl siding, and installed new ceramic tile to kitchen/den floor.  Homeowner's insurance paid for about 1/2 of the damages. Work was done quickly and professionally, and fixed just in time for the next "deep freeze".  Everything looks perfect!"
