"I found wallpaper and asked the salesman at the place to give me cards of several people he knew and would recommend to hang paper. One of the cards was Ted's and upon returning home I went on Angie's List and when his name came up I called him. Ted (The Wallpaper Guy) called me back with 3 hours of me initially calling him (during business hours). We were able to schedule an appt. the next day to meet and for him to measure the hall bathroom and to give me a cost. for removing the wallpaper, priming the walls and hanging the paper. I had the wallpaper book and he was able to see what he would be working with and measured what I would need to order. Because I work, we scheduled 2 consecutive Friday afternoons for him to strip the paper and prime the walls one week and hang the paper the next. We scheduled it several weeks away to allow time for the paper to arrive. He said he felt bad because I would have to live with an ugly bathroom for a week, but the prime needed to dry. I told him I was fine with this. He always arrived on time, was very pleasant, nice to talk with, neat, clean and did a beautiful job. He wiped down all the surfaces in the bathroom, including the floor when he was done so I was ready to replace everything. He left me with no cleanup to do. I will recommend Ted to any of my friends. <br />"

"We just had our house exterior painted by Richard Lopez LLC. I got an estimate from him based on all the positive reviews I read. And I 100% agree with all the good things said about him. His painting is meticulous. He can't stand to not do a good job and did a lot to "clean up" the poor job done previously. We had to leave town for a few days while he was here and he sent photos to let us know the progress. His communication was excellent before and during. I know many painters set a schedule and will just call the job done when they hit the day they think they should be done. Not with Richard. I never felt like he was rushing to get to his next job. He came back another day or two just to make sure the job was done right. When it comes time to do our interior I'll probably just call him and not shop around for prices. (FYI. I did shop prices for the exterior. Richard was 2nd lowest but less than 2% higher than the lowest bid. Well worth the little extra as far as I'm concerned.) "My home is a 2-story home with a stucco exterior and ~3,000 square feet interoir, which had been painted with builder grade paint over a decade ago.  The result was that our paint had LONG AGO lost its "weather safe" quality, and our stucco was being damaged with each rain.  The paint was coming off to the touch, and it was looking shabby.  <br /> Frank came out and walked around the home with me, and gave me an estimate.  I called back when I was ready to proceed, and scheduled Frank about 2 months out.  As time neared, he did call and indicate that they were about a week behind and gave me a new start date.  I took care of doing HOA documents and approval, but had to do NO other preparation for the company.   <br /> The first day, Frank and several of his employees came and began pressure washing the home.  They were punctual, professional , and efficient.   I gave Frank my paint color #'s (Sherwin Williams exact code) and he went to purchase supplies and everything was being cleaned.  By early afternoon they were done, and Frank showed me all of the materials and explained what each one was for.  He left them on site for the duration (and, of course, left the remaining at the end) and explained that it was a quality control measure for his customers to feel assured that they product they pay for is the product that is used.  <br /> When everyone returned the next morning, They began trenching 6'' around the home, so the paint would be consistent, even if the ground shifts slightly anywhere around the home.  They conditioned the stucco, made some repairs, and applied the elastomeric waterproofing to the cracks that had been applied to the stucco.  They also repaired a hole in the stucco where we had a 2in "pipe to nowhere" that served no purpose.  They taped all of the windows with good detail and covered them in plastic, and removed applicable lighting fixtures, and moved patio furniture a safe distance.   <br /> The following days were painting the home, including our covered patio and pool deck. <br /> I cannot recommend Frank enough.  He introduced me to everyone that came to my home, and everyone was professional, punctual, and kind.  The work completed was exemplary.  I absolutely consider this worth the price and the wait. <br />"
