"Clay was Great to work with. I had several items, replace water heater, slightly move and replace toilet, redo old kitchen drain plumbing and fix dripping old faucet in shower. Did a Great Job at a fair price. I would highly recommend!"

"hot water faucet down to a trickle, he came and replaced the turn off valve and back washed the line because the washer had crumbled and was in the line. Checked other faucets to be sure problem was only in kitchen. Afterward he made sure there was no leak, cleaned the area he was working in and left it as before he arrived. I was totally impressed with his knowledge of the problem and how well he worked at fixing it. First time customer, but he is now my "go to" plumber.

"3D Solar did a great job removing and then reinstalling 34 solar panels. My original installer quoted an outrageous amount so I went looking for a new Solar company. 3D Solar was recommended by a reputable solar consultant. I spoke with David Ringo at length and we had a great conversation about many topics as well as solar. The crews were on time, professional and conscientious and super nice. David's quote was less than half the price even when I told him what my original installer was about to charge and very reasonable considering the amount of work involved. The reinstallation was very good, even better than the original install by another company. They used updated mounting hardware and did a tidy job with cable management. 3D Solar sent out crews right away to sort out a small technical issue with the inverter that became apparent after installation. They were able to diagnose and correct the issue. I am particularly impressed with the fast and effective follow up service. I am pleased to recommend 3D Solar for installation or maintenance of solar systems."

"They weren't available but recommended another company. Very good service from the other company. Thought service call was a bit high but haven't had to use a service like this in a while and will check on that. 120.00 service fee. As I said service was excellent. K plumbing was the company and related to Plumb Straight."

"It's not often that I rave about a service provider, but in this case, I will!
A gentleman came with his son and took care of ALL my problems. I had a plugged drain line and no emergency shutoff switch, so when it backed up it spilled all over. I cut the drain pipe and let it fall into a bucket until he came. When he came he fixed the pipe, cleaned the blockage and sprayed down the condenser (the inside unit) with cleaner. He did this fast and courteously. All fixed!
I had called my house insurance about this but the repair people they told me to use said it was a "maintenance" item and was NOT covered. The company they sent me to (NOT Pioneer) said they would fix it for much more than my deductible. I was extremely upset. (I will file another Angies list report on them) But after I called Pioneer, I calmed down.
I am going to see if I can get my insurance co to use Pioneer.
I wish I could remember the names of the gentleman and his son, but the repair slip is illegible and all I can make out is Justin (his Son, maybe?)
I give Pioneer my strong recommendation.
