Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. The rather large critter died, leaving a horrible smell and messed up my duct work. The guys found where the raccoon was, got it out, and repaired everything that was destroyed. Not only did they remove the deceased animal for free, they drove all the way from Leetonia to Howland just to help me, after a long day of work.
