"There was so much work to be done on the house and all of it was done with attention to detail. Fil  responded quickly to all calls and texts. We made changes along the way and Fil was very accommodating with all the changes. Each and every day the work area was completely cleaned up. We were informed daily about what was completed and what job would be started next. During the work we had to move in and Fil completed what we asked to have done before the move so we were able to have finished rooms while the rest of the work was completed. 
The cost was very reasonable. The work was done perfectly. I would use Thor Build again on any project. I will also recommend the company to anyone needing to have work done.

"When we started researching the garage companies that had been recommended to us, my wife and I couldn’t believe how many bad reviews there were for the companies we were considering. We found lots of complaints about problems with subcontractors and lack of communication and coordination from the sales and office staff. The last thing we wanted was to start up an expensive construction project and end up struggling with the contractor the whole way through the process. ***** We decided to go to Angie's List and check out garage companies in the area and we found Regency Garages. We were impressed by their high rating, all the positive reviews, and the service awards they received. We gave them a call and lined up a quote to take down our old single car garage, build a new two and a half car garage, and replace the sidewalk in our yard. Alex came to the house, met with us, and provided a quote that was in line with the three quotes we received from other companies so we signed a contract and started the process. ***** Regency’s motto is, “Our Customer Service Makes The Difference” and we put that to the test. The day after the demolition, the demo crew long gone, my neighbor contacted me and told me that their sidewalk had been damaged. If we did it, we’ll fix it.” When Rich came out with his cement crew a few days later, they did just that. It was fixed, no questions asked, no blaming the other crew, no hassle. ***** A good company gets the job done at the price you’ve been quoted. To me, the measure of a great company is how they handle the problems along the way. Alex was in contact with us from the initial sale to through the final construction. He stopped by a couple of times to check on progress and make sure I was happy. Gosia from the office kept me informed of the schedule each step of the way. Any questions I had were answered promptly. Any issues I had were addressed immediately. I always felt they had my back and were working to make my experience pleasant. ***** My wife and I are loving our new garage. It’s big and beautiful and the construction by Derrick and his crew was done with quality in mind. We are happy and my neighbor is happy. We are glad we chose Regency for the project. Their customer service really did make the difference."

"Orlando and 2 members of his team turned up right on time.  They understood that the walls were coated in soot because my fireplace was not burning correctly.  While he went and purchased the paint and supplies (brushes, rollers etc), his crew immediately began cleaning the affected area. They did a great job and I have hired them to do the front and rear hallways of our condo building. 
Orlando and his team are very courteous individuals and were eager to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the work done.

"The worked was performed on time and on budget. There are only 2 elite preferred providers of James Hardie Siding in the Chicago area. Chicagoland Builders performed the work for a fraction of the price that the other elite preferred provider proposed, and the work was done beautifully. I would definitely use Chicagoland Builders again."

"The garage was built in February. We signed the contract in September and the garage was finished in March. It took 6 months and 1 day, and the actual building of the garage took 8 hours. I was surprised it took that long. The sales man said it would roughly take 60 days, but they don't commit to a finish date on their contract because everything is weather permitting. We had a beautiful fall, unusually high temperature, and as often as I called them, they said I was next on the list, and I would never recommend Danley Garage to anybody. The electric was completed in March. From the time I signed the contract to when I could pull in took 6 months and 1 day. They subcontract all the work out. They subcontract the concrete work out, they subcontract the electrical work out and the actual garage is built by Danley. I admit the material was fine, and it was a 3 man crew who were trained very well. Everybody knew what their job is because they literally had the garage built in less than 8 hours and I am talking about the wood, the siding, the roofing, everything was done. The problem I had with Danley, the companies that they sub out to, but you would think that Danley would manage all the companies that they subcontract, but they send you a letter and say here contact all these people. I would think I paid them to do that and not me. It took forever to get the concrete work done, and of course at that time, in February, when the garage was built, the electric company told me they can't run it from my house to the garage, because it has to be run underground and the ground is frozen. I had to wait until I could do that. I wasn't happy with them, I certainly wouldn't use them again and I wouldn't recommend them. I would like to give them a worse grade than C but the garage is well built. My anger comes from how long it took, and I had to deal with the subcontractors. It should have been done quicker, and it certainly should have been done better. The price was pretty compatible to the estimates that I got. They gave me a little break because another company had given me a lower bid. We had an independent contractor and he said that we were better off getting a company doing garages only, because any contractor would charge hourly. Danley has every measured and they just cut the pieces. The workmanship and the concrete was done well. The siding and shingle was quality and the woodwork was excellent. All that they kept telling me was that my name was on the list, I also drove out there, and they said everything was dependable on weather. Unless they had 150 garage ahead of me, it shouldn't have taken so long. When you speak to them, they are very understanding of your problems and situation, but they don't care. It is what it is, you signed the contract and made the down payment."
