Per their points inspection, the Tech verified that there was no gas leak from my water heater. The thermostat was not inspected since it is functioning and we are observing COVID recommendations. I was given a five-hour window for the Tech to arrive. This is the longest time frame ever. I assume that the extra COVID procedures are the reason. The Tech was professional and respectful of home COVID measures."

"My old hot water heater died, and a friend installed a new small 40 gal tank. But I never had hot water after that. I also had a leaking lead pipe. Patrick came and had to be a sleuth to try to determine the cause of the missing hot water. The tank was too small and not functioning, but the real problem was a crossed pipe somewhere in my 1890 house. He found the pipe location in the basement and put in a shut off valve, which gave most of the house hot water. He also put in a high quality 50 gallon tank, and repaired the leaking lead main. To completely fix the hot water, it will mean opening walls, so we left a small 1/2 bath sink and attic sink to be fixed at a later time (or not....).. This was all around Easter, but he put in long days to get it all done."

The appointment for the inspection was scheduled within 2 business days, the installation was done, within the week.  Not only did these Professionals install the furnace, condenser and air conditioner. They completely redid the venting of the furnace and hot water heater, moved the electrical and water lines in a more efficient route, and built a pad for the air conditioner complete with pea gravel  and substantial pad.  In my 35 plus years of ownership I have never been so happy with a contractor. "Will preface by saying my knowledge of water heaters is pretty minimal.  Woke up one evening with the water alarm on the water heater going off - did some basic trouble shooting, turned the water off, and called John, who was able to give me some easy tips on the phone to keep the leaking to a minimum. 
Came out the next day, at the later end of a 2 hour window he gave me (but well within the window), was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix it.  Gave some good advice, and a bit of basic education on water heaters. 
Price was a bit much for in the end about 15 mins of work, but in a pinch, he came through.
