Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. "The service worked out okay. One of the screens is already broken again. I kept being up sold, they kept saying they will provide me 5 screens or we should have this done, which was more of a c'mon for me to get more things. I just had screens needed to be repaired and not anything more. They showed up on time, and they did every thing on time, but when you come in, and do a bait and switch, that is not professionalism for me. Professionalism is when you come and do what you have been paid for."

"We received the phone number of this company from a friend that hired them and he was able to reduce his utilities bills by doing an efficiency audit that includes covering all the openings at the house (windows, HVAC, Doors etc.?.) and then with a machine, running the test and to see from where the house is losing most of the energy and to perform a repair that will prevent that in the future. Ezra and his team of workers came to perform the test and to see what need to be repaired or improved. The audit took close to 5 hours and then the machine that they used worked for additional 2 plus hours. After that was completed, we saw clearly that the problem was the windows and the HVAC. Ezra recommended us to perform a repair to both of them and then to run the test again. After the workers of them finished the repair, Ezra came once again and did the test. He was pleased with the results and so as we. During all the work, we saw how it was before and how it was after. We do recommend this company for that type of work! They are professional and honest people to hire and they carry all the relevant licenses as well."
