When I arrived he was very courteous, he took off his shoes when coming in the house. He did the replacement of the sump pump, and tested it to show me it was working. Then he cleaned up the basement floor of water and mud that had fallen on the floor - left it as it was when he got there, and took the old sump pump out by the curb - it happened to be garbage day.
