"On February 5,2026, Billy S. & Norman T. came out to my house and installed a furnace. They removed the old furnace, cleaned up the old parts and took any trash with them from the job. They also worked on the electrical box. My basement lights randomly stopped working and they were able to figure out what was wrong and fix the problem. "It went great. I visited my granddaughter on Sunday and it was so hot in her house and she is 9 months pregnant. She was so miserable in the heat. I came home and during the night a bad storm woke me so I thought I would check Angie’s List for a serviceman to repair he AC. It was 1:30 AM or so and I sent a message through Angie’s List thinking Grand Blanc Electrical would contact me in the morning. To my surprise I got a reply just a few minutes after I sent the message. Steve gave me the rate for a service call and an assessment of the problem. I replied and asked that he contact me in the morning. Steve called and said he could be at her home in about 30 minutes. He asked if I wanted him to just go ahead and fix it if it was a problem under 200.00 and I said yes please. About an hour later I received a call from Steve telling that the work was completed. May granddaughter was elated. He installed a new capacitor and cleaned the unit. I can’t believe how luck I was to have found someone that was willing to go out so quickly and resolve the issue. It’s so rare to receive same day service these days. He said I could just mail a check but I was so happy with such excellent service I drove over to his business and paid him immediately. I will use this company from now on for any future needs and would highly recommend him."

"We had a very disappointing experience with Randazzo Heating & Cooling. A technician came out and claimed a part in our AC unit was broken, quoting us over $700 for the replacement. After the part was installed, the AC still didn’t work. He then said the issue was due to low R22 refrigerant, but also told us that they no longer carry R22 because it's outdated. His solution? Replace the entire unit — at a cost of over $7,000. We end up find someone else to fix the AC. Unfortunately, the $700+ we already paid Randazzo was completely wasted. This experience felt like upselling and misdiagnosis, and we would not recommend this company to anyone looking for honest or competent service."

"Well if your looking to get ripped off by someone, call My Plumber. We never got an estimate of how much the job was going to cost, he fixed our well but charged us triple the price that it should have cost. I should have asked the locals that live here about him. After talking to some of them, they said that's what he does, OVERCHARGE YOU for the job he does. Do your homework before hiring him."

"I needed a bathroom remodel for a small bathroom. I believe Doug took on more than he could handle. He said 4 days which took 6 days. He even told me on the last day he rushed to get out of here because he was tired. Well here's what happened. He uses a lot of caulk to cover up mistakes. The caulk around the standup shower on one side is already cracking. He only put 1 coat of paint on. So you see all the brush strokes and the spots where paint comes through. I mentioned something. And no response!!! He didn't even paint the shelf's in the closet. Here's the really bad part. The TILE FLOOR!!! Omg... It is so uneven. A couple corners are sticking up. Tiles are wavy due to not being even. First week grout was cracking and was coming out in pieces. Doug is very good about responding. I text him about the problem and he came to fix it. He took a grinder to the grout and refilled it. That made it worse. Grout line's are much larger then others. Corners he tried putting grout higher to fill in. Grout is on titles in areas that I cant get off. Grout is 2 different colors in spots. Being floor so wavy he put caulk between tile and floor board to hide it on those pieces. It's a total disaster!! So I text him about it. Didn't hear from him. 3 days later text him again nothing. End of week I text him that he's left me no choice but to go to CIVIL COURT!! Boy 2 minutes later he called. I thought I was being nice by offering to buy the tile again and give him $200. Or he can pay 1/2 for someone else to do it. He said he'd get back to me. Haven't heard a word!! I'm a very easy person to get along with. Him and I got along. So I don't understand why he has an attitude. Other than he can't do it??? So CIVIL COURT I go. First time I've used Angies list. And this is a top rated Comp. I don't know????"
