"Great! A couple of notes are needed: Jimmy Gusky was the vendor selected by our home warranty company. Price is marked as N/A because we paid a deductible rather than whatever Gusky's rate would have been. Once Gusky was assigned to our claim, I checked users' reviews to decide whether to use him or find another vendor. Good revues here so I moved forward. Overall, this was a very good experience. Responsiveness would actually be an A- only because I had to call him to set-up the appointment rather than him calling me, as is the norm when filing a claim through our home warranty company. Vendors have 48hrs to respond to the claim and it was about mid-afternoon on the second day, so I pro-actively made the call. No big deal at all. Jimmy answered the phone and was very professional and friendly. Initially, he was going to send a tech the next morning but saw that he could get someone here the same day. He planned for 5pm but no one showed. Again, not a big deal because he squeezed me in at the end of the day as he already had a guy in my area. Finally, around 5:20-5:30, the tech called because the address was incorrect on his work order. I got him squared away and he arrived a few minutes later. Punctuality A-? Nah, I was fully aware of my situation: guy already in the area, end of the day add-on job. He got to work quickly, troubleshot a few things, and then found the problem. In and out in about thirty minutes. Will definitely request him in the future."

He was extremely helpful,patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."
