"I asked Matt to replace from plumbing in a condo I am watching while the owner is away, in Waverly Place. Those condos are small and plumbing access is not easy. Matt was nice enough to tell me that some of my requests did not actually need replacing. That saved me a lot of money. Matt arrived on time and was very professional and neat. He is friendly enough but he gets straight to work so no time is wasted. I thought he was very reasonable and would hire him again without question. "My bathroom faucet was leaking. Roman's service guy came and replaced two faucets and drains within an hour. He cleaned up after himself and spoke very kindly to me.
