"Overall installation went really well. Karl constantly shows ingenuity on any project he works on. He seems to be able to look at a picture and easily re-create it. For example: I handed him 2 newel posts a 8 foot piece of base molding, an 8 foot 5" wide piece of MDF, some bead board, a side panel and a base kitchen cabinet... and he built a beautiful kitchen island. Bottom line- you give him the materials and the idea and he will bring it to life. On top of everything else, Karl is sincere, honest and shows up as promised. He is definitely the exception among your usual lot of South Florida contractors.

"Things went very smoothly and Anthony is a true professional who accomplished a lot in a short amount of time. Anthony had to cut down an elevated granite countertop and prepared the new height to receive Quartz countertops. He also had to extend that Island to accommodate a wine fridge for a built in look. He installed all new base molding and was able to match the existing molding in the kitchen ! Lastly he installed over 13 new Decora electrical outlets in the kitchen area . Anthony will return once the quartz countertops are installed and install sink, faucet and disposal and reattach molding to the bottom of the cabinets . One thing that really impressed me is that I gave Anthony cash to purchase all the materials needed to do the job and he only charged me for the actual cost of those materials and furnished a receipt . Most contractors that I have dealt with always have an upcharge for fetching materials. Just a nice surprise ! I would recommend Anthony for all your construction needs."

"We selected Lynn based off of reviews here and from our initial telephone conversation, we had a good feeling about her. 
We  were in the process of purchasing a foreclosure home and wanted to give it a major face lift, to include a new kitchen, floors, paint and fixtures. We started by talking things through with Lynn over the phone and email, and then she came to see the house and take measurements. We gave her photos of kitchens and design styles that we liked, taken from websites and magazines. We immediately felt that Lynn understood our design sensibilities and had an excellent depth and breadth of knowledge and design experience to help us. 
She also took into account our budget for the entire project and that we would be doing a great deal of work for ourselves. Lynn helped us to create a timeline and look for ways to save money without sacrificing quality. 
Lynn created measured drawings, elevations and high resolution 3D images that incorporated the cabinets, counter tops, appliances, wood flooring and even paint colors and furniture. She was exceptionally patient with our questions, minor changes and always, ALWAYS, followed up with answers, and suggestions. 
Lynn suggested a cabinet shop that she frequently works with to bid on our cabinet job. Upon comparing bids with other shops, they were the best price and I was invited to see the shop where they do the work and meet the owners. Very impressive operation all around. 
In addition to recommending the cabinet shop, Lynn was able to provide us with web resources for hardware, fixtures, etc. T
We really can't think of enough great things to say about our experience working with Lynn. We have already started planning a renovation of our master bath with Lynne, to be done later this year. 
The quality of work, attention to detail, patience and value that we received from Lynn were far beyond anything we had expected.

"They did a great job! The tiles are perfectly installed, there are rectangular large tiles installed with an offset pattern. They also cut the tiles to make baseboard. The result is absolutely beautiful. Before the demo of the old tiles, they protected the master bedroom with plastic sheets to keep dust down. They cleaned up and took away all the trash. Highly recommend Wanderson Flooring."
