"I was in need of re-bedding my existing water softner and purification system so i reached out to neighbors for references. I got 2. The first person never showed up or contacted me the day of his scheduled appointment so I then called the 2nd referral and that was Josh of Water Pure. I am so glad I did!!! He answered immediately and was at my home right at the scheduled time the next day. We went over different options and I decided to update to a new type water treatment system without chlorine. After living with the existing system already, on the property when purchased over 22 years ago, it was definitely time, and I am so happy I did. Josh installed the new system today, 3 days after he first came by. Excellent customer service!!! And... my water tastes great again and the lovely odor is gone. Thank you Josh!!!"

I also really liked the way I received a text message the day before to remind me of the appointment AND another text message with the technician’s photo letting me know he was on his way. This is a great added extra so I know who to expect. Price was very reasonable for the evaluation plus parts and labor. I was also told that they would come to evaluate, give a quote and if I chose to go with someone else, the visit/evaluation is of no cost to me.
