"I contacted them for a quote and they called me within 10 minutes. Explained what they would do and the cost. (I also had two other quotes, 1 company was a little more expensive, the other quoted long distance rate). We set the date and they explained the cancellation policy. They called the day before the move to re-confirm the time and asked if I had any questions. The next morning two young men, Jason and Serge, arrived on time. They were prompt, professional, hard workers and had a great sense of humor. We walked through the house so they would understand what was being moved. And then they started. They worked fast but were very careful in wrapping and organizing everything. Once loaded, we headed to the new place. Several items needed to be moved out to go to another location which they did very quickly. Then everything was unloaded, we headed to a second location to drop off items and pick one up to return to the condo. Everything was moved without a dent, nick, chip or any breakage. They arranged furniture for me and put together things they had taken apart. They did the complete job in just 5 hours. I would absolutely hire this company again. I was very pleased with them."

"Tuesday my AC would not come on in the morning so I turned it off and my wife and I went to work. When we got home I tried turn on the system again and it came on. The unit is 5 years old and we have never had it serviced. Fearing my unit was going out I called Wednesday to schedule service for Friday. I spoke with Jim the owner and explained what my system had done. He told me it could be the thermostat only needing the batteries replaced, being that it was working when I called him. I told him I would like him to check my unit anyway and he said no problem. Usually service people want to run out to charge you and not try and help over the phone. He told me it would cost $70.00 to check the system and I agreed. I was worried my compressor might be going out being that it had never been serviced. Jim came out on time and reminded me of the $70.00 fee to check the system and I told him no problem. He checked my system completely then came to me and said it was running perfect. A little loud, but he saw no leaks or issues with the system. He told me again it could just be the batteries in my thermostat, because the signal it sends is such a low voltage that it just may have not received the signal to turn on. He didn't try and sell me any additional or yearly service. He was the most straight forward and honest service professional I have ever met. He told me not worry and to call if it happens more frequently. The $70.00 price he told me was what I paid. He told me he would love to sell me something, but it was not necessary  he would rather have a customer. I have recommended him to my family and friends.

"We found this pool service through Home Advisor in mid September. I was impressed with the reviews I read and decided to give Pedro an opportunity. There are so many pool service businesses in this valley, and they all promise they can do it all in the beginning and then do not deliver. I am thrilled to say that Pedro has delivered and continues to do so. He is the owner and services the pools by himself. One of the things he told us when we hired him was that he did not take on too many pools, so he could do a thorough job at each one. What we were looking for was reliability, quality, knowledge of pool systems, and professional attitude. Pedro has it all. He is always on time and comes at the times he had told us he would. He takes his time in cleaning and does what needs to be done on that day. He also has excellent knowledge of the pool equipment and has already noticed a few things that were not working properly and has gotten them repaired thus improving the efficiency. He always has a friendly smile and a great work ethic. His monthly rate is affordable and a very good value for the quality. If you are tired of your current pool service showing up late or switching days without warning or rushing in and out in a few minutes not doing a good job, then do not hesitate to give Pedro a call."

"The work itself went very smoothly.  Renovating my house, I had dealt with every kind of contractor (painting, construction, floors, plumbing, etc ? see my other reviews), and the guys at Crystal Pool & Spa were by far the best and easiest to deal with.  They were the only contractor that actually finished the project by the date that they said they would (not that I really cared since it was February and too cold to swim).  The whole process took about a week and a half.  One day to demolish the old plaster and tile.  One day to set up the baja shelf and shallow deep end.  One day to pour the concrete.  A few days to let the concrete settle, and then one more day each to add the tile and plaster.  All the crew members that came over to the house were polite and professional, and they always made sure to clean up whatever mess they made.  
I want to point out that when I moved into the house, the pool lights were not working.  I just figured they were burnt out since they were so old, and asked CPS to bring two new lights and add it to my bill.  But one of the workers found out that it was just an exterior fuse that need to be fixed, and did it for free.  So give them a big plus for honesty since they could have easily replaced the working lights in order to pad their bill.  
Finally, what matters the most is the finished product.  I have to say that the remodeled pool with the mosaic tile and baja shelf looks absolutely fantastic.  I felt like my pool looked better than many of the fancy hotel pools in Vegas (although on a much smaller scale).  After seeing my new pool, I wished I would have spent a bit more for some of their other products, like PebbleTec They even contacted me after the pool was finished to make sure that everything was great and that I was happy, and also that my pool guy was properly treating the new plaster.  Would absolutely recommend these guys for any kind of pool work."
