"Ben was very patient and completed my gas line upgrade on time. Returned to make sure my new stove was hooked up and ready to go."

"Jake came out to service our gas fireplace. He did a great job! Highly recommend!"

"Response to my call was quick, Mike came out to consult as promised. He gave details and information without appearing to push for the most expensive system. We chose a very good system, but not the top of the line.
Installer came out exactly when we agreed, which was only a few days after the consultation. He was polite, courteous, careful in how he treated our home. He finished in one day. There was a subcontractor who came the same day to handle the new electrical junction and wiring to the outside unit.
The entire installation was done with minimal impact on our home.
The installer said there was one thing (size and routing of a vent pipe) that was very hard to do (Mike had predicted this when he quoted the job). He said he would try one solution that would work perfectly well but that might not be what the state inspector wanted to see. He said if there was a problem he would come back out and correct it.
Indeed one inspector said everything looks great, while the other one (inspecting something different) asked for this vent pipe to be modified. The installer came to the house promptly and engineered a solution that satisfied the state.
One other comment about the original call. I needed to work with the office by telephone, setting the date and time and giving credit card info. The company was having trouble with their phone service, and we kept getting cut off. Eventually the young woman in the office gave me her private cell number so we could complete our business. I thought that was "above and beyond" as they say and speaks well of the company.
Bassett is certainly our heating and AC company now. Will definitely work with them for future needs as well as ongoing routine maintenance.
I did not grade them on price, as I did not get other quotes and have no way to compare. Sorry, but members will have to rely on other reviews to assess the price.

I have 8 years of plumbing experience, working side by side with my dad and learning the trade through hard work and hands-on experience. I take pride in providing quality workmanship, solving problems efficiently, and treating every home with care and respect. The best part of my job is helping customers by delivering honest, reliable service and making sure they're satisfied with the work.

"Service went exceptionally well. The plumbing company I used for many years went out of business, so I called Advantage after reviewing their ratings on Angie's List. Advantage was very nice and helpful from my phone call through the service call. I could not be more pleased with the work and the technician. Initial call was for leak under master bath sink. When we went to the basement to turn off the water we discovered a split pipe above my hot water heater. The technician was able to fix that issue in short order along with the master bath leak. I am so pleased he was able to do that repair in the same visit rather than having to set another appointment. I will use Advantage from now on."

"I had a burst pipe in my basement that needed to be replaced and Lujan PSI was able to schedule me the day after I put in my Angi project. Luke was able to show up earlier than scheduled and completed the job quickly. Communication was clear, he gave me a few repair options to choose from, and a quote over the phone. His quote came in nearly 75% lower than another plumber that quoted me the day prior, which was more in line with what I expected to pay based on prior work I've had done. Very professional and polite, good warranty, highly recommended."

"I have an older home with 2 outdoor faucets couldn't be fixed and needed to be replaced. It was tricky because of the stucco I had done a few years back and the way the original pipes had been installed. He solved the issues quickly and I now can water my garden again. Thanks John!"
