While other contractors wanted to dig into our walkway or excavate our landscaping, Bill found a way to minimize any damage to our landscaping. We also found out that the line was almost 7 feet underground when it should have been no more than 4. Bill didn’t use that as an excuse to jack up the price and stuck to what was originally agreed on. The job was also completed on schedule. "well there were delays but i forgive that. they did NOT get permits. a new hot water heater was brought and hooked up. But connections were loose and made it inoperable! its taken another plumber and an Electrician to fix what was wrong to actually get hot water. the original cost was $2500. Now add the $500 for 2nd plumber to reinstall the emergency shut off box that was installed improperly. AND an Electrician for $800 To fix the rest. They have not responded to email requesting attention. Technician was great - altho did not know everything necessary to complete my job. this has been a two week nightmare! i am NOT happy!"
