"Our AC unit started to fail last summer and we contacted Anderson Mechanical. Mike came out to try and fix the problem, but with the age of our old unit we need to completely replace it. Dave came out and looked over out winter/summer system and thought it was best to direct our water pipes directly to our hot water heater - bypassing the oil boiler to reduce the oil bill.
