"We had a water leak from our water heater. Custom Plumbing of Arizona responded to our problem on the same day. Jesse G, operations field manager taught us how to do maintenance of the tank to prolong the life of the water tank (e.g. draining every 6 months and changing anod rod annually). Since our water heater was still on warranty, Jason helped us to exchange the water heater at Home Depot and gave us advice on which one to upgrade to. Jason also installed the new water heater. Because of the expedient service of the plumbing company, we had hot water on that day!!! We were very pleased with the service and would recommend this company to others."

I explained I had a Water Heater under warranty that was placed by Parker & Sons 4 years ago. They wanted to charge me almost the same price as I paid for it 4 years ago just to replace it.
