I was scheduled for early Sunday,but they called Saturday afternoon when a service tech could come that day. Matt arrived, he was clean, polite and professional. He accessed the problem and discovered an external panel to open to see if he could identify the issue. He quickly summarized he could reach in and repaired the leak by replacing a flex pipe. Matt repaired the problem without damaging the wall. Reddi Service's price was very reasonable and there was no up charge for being on the weekend. I would use them again and recommend them. Walt"

"Plumber Scottin McCabe of George Brazil Home Services performed the repairs as listed above. He did a full inspection of the plumbing in my old house and made several recommendations. He took the time to carefully explain everything he was doing and why. When he finished replacing my hot water heater drainage port he showed me the old part, corroded and full of sediment.Most remarkably, he spotted the problem of excessively high water pressure...something no plumber in twenty years had brought to my attention. Before he installed the valve he showed me the reading on the gauge he used to measure the pressure.He even took time to caulk a bathtub to prevent water damage. "An incredibly great experience. I was contacted by email within about 15 minutes of my request, asking if it would be okay to drop by the same afternoon because I said my timing was flexible. I said yes. Because he knew the faucet was going to be replaced, he had the foresight to shut off the water supply on the side of the garage before coming into the back yard. It all took about 10 to 15 minutes. I had tried myself to replace the faucet (went to Lowe's and bought one), but there was no way I could get the old one off after using WD40 and when that didn't work, used a torch. It still didn't come off. I thought I better call a professional. It was amazing to watch him do in about 10 minutes what would've taken me forever, if at all. Also asked him about how much it might be to install a new outside faucet. He gave me a general estimate and it sounded reasonable, so will probably ask him to do that also in the near future."
