"Custom Plumbing came out and fixed the water pressure valve on my home. Then installed a water 2 in 1 water softner/ whole home filtration system. The install softner had some hiccups. After some discussion the operations manager came out assessed the situation and fixed the entire issue within a day. Steve made it right and explained the entire process. He had his crew come out and get everything up and running ASAP and very politely and informed me about the dos and don't. His crew at custom Plumbing were very customer service oriented and went out of their way to make my experience A . Thank you very much."

"I had discovered leaks in lawn/shrub watering system, scheduled non-emergency appointment for several days later.  While waiting for repair day, my gas water heater failed, so I added that to the open ticket. I was not aware the water heater was still under warranty.
Technician arrived right on time at 9:00, within 30 minutes had found leaks watering system, investigated warranty status of water heater, negotiated warranty settlement wherein I received a new unit with new warranty for a $100 processing fee.  Total cost shown above include all charges for parts, spill pan I did not have before and all labor for two technicians.  New unit was approved and ordered all within 45 minutes of arrival and the lawn systems were repaired while waiting for the new water heater to be delivered.
Al Molinar, owner, brought the new unit, oversaw completion of the installation.  Technician coached me on future maintenance (flushing) of new water heater.  Job complete, everyone gone and I was taking hot shower by 1:30, happy as a clam.

"The Rep. who came to my home was very knowledgeable. Did a nice presentation. However, the price is higher if you ask for any time to make your decision. Presure sales techniques do not appeal to me. I have no doubt Rain Soft is a wonderful product. They were not able to complete the job, as it involved in putting in a cold water loop, and that was not possible. Therefore, I would only have soft water on the hot side. I had them put in the !500.00 RO system, and I like it. Yes, it is over priced, I am hoping it is as pure and healthy as salesman said. Paying $7000. for the system and only having the hot water soft did not seem a wise way to spend my money."

"The three men repaired the leak.  I have not had to have similar work done before, so I don't know how to evaluate the overall quality of the work.  The water leak was solved.  However, there were several things that I did not like about how the workman did the work.  I guess they thought they had me at a weak point, because they did a hard sell to get me to buy a premium plumbing inspection package that they claimed would qualify me for lower price on parts (I do not know whether they did in fact give me the lower price that they promised because the invoice was difficult to read.  To do the bypass of the broken pipe, the workmen had to cut four holes in the drywall.  The holes they cut seemed rougher (and thus more difficult and costly for me to get repaired) than would have been necessary.  One hole needed to be cut in the drywall behind my almost new water heater.  They pressured me into buying a new water heater, saying that it would cost the same to install a new water heater as to putting the existing water heater back after completing the bypass.  I don't think that was actually true.  During the two days that the men were working to bypass the broken pipe, a nice compact pump that I had to inflate my auto tires disappeared from the counter top where I had it stored near my back door.  Also, to test that the bypass had solved the leak, one of the men poured water from a bottle he had been drinking out of into my water line.  That was an unsanitary and I felt disrespectful act.
