"Custom Plumbing came out and fixed the water pressure valve on my home. Then installed a water 2 in 1 water softner/ whole home filtration system. The install softner had some hiccups. After some discussion the operations manager came out assessed the situation and fixed the entire issue within a day. Steve made it right and explained the entire process. He had his crew come out and get everything up and running ASAP and very politely and informed me about the dos and don't. "Al himself came out on Saturday to investigate a leak in my kitchen sink. He quickly found the leaking garbage disposal, he educated me on why these units develop leaks, what little we could do about it, and what were reasonable expectation of how long they will last. He also gave me an education on the available options including cost and both pros and cons of various replacements. Once We made our decision, he did a very professional job installing the unit. (Yes you can spend a lot more money to get a unit that lasts longer.) I was comfortable with my purchase, confident of the install and will recommend Al to anyone looking for a plumber."

"The Rep. who came to my home was very knowledgeable. Did a nice presentation. However, the price is higher if you ask for any time to make your decision. Presure sales techniques do not appeal to me. I have no doubt Rain Soft is a wonderful product. They were not able to complete the job, as it involved in putting in a cold water loop, and that was not possible. Therefore, I would only have soft water on the hot side. I had them put in the !500.00 RO system, and I like it. Yes, it is over priced, I am hoping it is as pure and healthy as salesman said. Paying $7000. for the system and only having the hot water soft did not seem a wise way to spend my money."

Matt was quick to come out an give us a quote, they had us scheduled for install within the week. After install, we noticed a few issues, all ended up being due to pressure. Matt went out of his way to come out to make sure everything was working correctly and that we were happy. If we ever buy another home, they will be our first call. They’ve also installed in two of my grandparents homes. We all highly recommend them."

They also had contacted me prior to install for a picture of our current faucet to match to the new system. We were thoroughly impressed and very satisfied with the job. I did pay extra because I had a granite countertop and that does put them at higher liability with drilling."

"Ace had installed an A/C unit for me about 7-8 years ago and that was the unit that broke down. The good: The tech was friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. He was very helpful in helping me get this covered by my home warranty company. The bad: 1) Tech showed up 5 to 6 hours later than originally scheduled. I don't have a problem with that but needed to put a bad grade on it. 2) The office was difficult to work with in getting their cooperation in working with my home warranty company. Their policy is that they do not work with home warranty companies. Eventually they were cooperative given that I was paying for the services and that my home warranty company would reimburse me. 3) The pricing was outrageous in my opinion. I paid $950 for 2 capacitors, a spliced wire and about 1 to 1.5 hours of labor. I understand there is a bunch of overhead cost and labor costs, however, $950 seems to be excessively high. Fortunately my home warranty company covered this cost. In summary, I was mostly disappointed in the high cost given that I was a previous customer. I was also disappointed with the difficulty I had in getting them to cooperate with my home warranty company when there was no risk of financial payment to Ace. I will not use Ace for any of my homes in the future."
