We had Elite come out and the tech informed us that there was a small leak in the coil, it didn't need replacing, just tightening and there was no rust. I run a dog sitting business out of my home and I had to cancel dogs for this week because I didn't know if the air would be working. They also charged $389 for 3lbs of refrigerant. I would find a different company, they do not care for customers at all!"
